No yeah, I thought I could wing it today, but by 10:30 I was already overwhelmed.

Then I checked my calendar and apparently Past Me was feeling optimistic because I booked three meetings back-to-back-to-back.

Totally forgot to block time for that deck.
Also forgot to eat. Again.

Next week, I’m planning like a grown-up.
Blocking focus time.
Adding actual lunch.
Reclaiming some sanity.
